A brief, focused 15-minute session to share your thoughts and feel heard. Ideal for moments when you need a quick, compassionate listening ear.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or one rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and missed appointments are nonrefundable.
